Horseshoe Hammond

Got an offer for the Horseshoe Hammond. It includes three nights
complimentary hotel room. Since this property does not have a hotel,
does anyone know which hotel they use.

Also, it appears that they have some multi-play NSUD and JOB in the
inventory page. Is the inventory page still correct?

And my offers says "same day cash back". Anyone know the cashback
rate?

I think there is NSUD and JOB in the high limit room - $5 three line multi-game ($75 a spin). It has been awhile since I have been there but there was no full pay VP in .25 or $1. If you hit a jackpot of $1200 or more Indiana gets 3.7% (I think) off the top. The closest nice hotel is at the Resorts which has better VP - that is where you might want to stay and play. Mike

Probably will be the Fairfield Inn (Marriott) off I-90, ten minutes
away. Try to get the host to upgrade you to the Courtyard, it's nicer
and point out it's only $10/more a night.

Last time I was there, all the full pay stuff was in the high limit
room- $5 5-play Jacks and Deuces, and $1 50 and $100-play Super Aces
and Jacks. There's also 9-5 SDB on both, but it has been a while.

Same day cb at .125%.

They have a great host staff in general, and a fair buffet and a good
steakhouse. Before Harrahs, one of the most generous comp policies
around.

I can tell you that the Harrah's suits considered their former E.
Chicago operation to have the best hotel in the chain. Weakest gaming
staff, but best hotel ops.

The selection has improved since my last visit there a couple of years
ago, but nothing I'd consider to be playable, unless the $1 DDB 6-way
progressive is up there. Best place to play is Majestic, IMHO, but for
a free room, you can't go wrong with Resorts.

When last I was there, some of their inventory (anything playable is in a
small area of the roller room) seemed to have been displaced by a $5 prog
bank. They still had a couple of $1 50 plays with decent games (AA, NSUD,
JB) and some $5 multiplays. CB was in the area of .1 and vp machines in the
roller area had small red placards notifying patrons that machines were not
eligible for point multiplier promotions. Guess I missed some well
bankrolled player's gravy train. No idea on the hotel... The boat is
claustrophobic, but you shouldn't be bothered by it if you stick to the
roller area. Good service in the roller area and a nice facility off the
boat.
