I agree totally; my "offers" were for either 3 or 4 nights depending on the LV property I wanted to stay at. But when I went in online & booked, I had my choice of any property comp for 5 nights. I don't know if I could have had more nights, I only booked for 5. I'm a diamond level, but probably just above the minimum.

If you have a total rewards card, log in to the Harrah's website and try to book a room there. They have been very liberal with comp rooms. I had not played at a Harrah's property for 2 years and got 3 free nights in AC recently.

Would anyone happen to know the name of a host I could call or email @ the Horseshoe? I have never been to the Horseshoe in southern Indiana & would like to see if they would comp me a night. Thank you.
