Horseshoe Bossier City: extra cash back offer

I have an offer, "earn so many RC points in Dec. and get a mailed
Cash bonus in Jan. 09", also Mon. & Tue. are double RC for this offer.

Question: In regards to the Mon. and Tue. double RC points does
anyone know what time their play clock changes from one day to the
next?

Tried asking a Host (Bill B.), but you would have thought I was
asking for the combination to Ft. Knox or something, Gees?
Here the deal, I played from 12:02 AM till 4:50 AM Monday morning and
was wondering if all my play was counted on Monday for the Double RC
points. If not I've to go play some more? I think I've seen a mention
of this subject before, however not sure what to search for?

Went over Sunday for an early Monday morning play session to get the
machine I wanted and get away for the smoke, well as much as I could.
I think I earned the required points and manage a small win with the
help of a dealt quad on the $1 Spinpoker. If I hadn't been fighting a
cold it would have been a very good trip. Going back for the Life of
Luxury and my B-day in a couple of weeks, as always with the hope of
making it a "very good trip", lol! This offer brings with it an extra
$5 cb for every 150 RC earned over the initial offer, so I can play
with $10 for every 350 point earned. Isn't a lot, but we'll take all
the help we can get? See ya at dem Boats!

Follow up:
I played at 12:02 AM Monday morning and they credited most of my play
to Sunday!? Bummer! I had to go back and play on the next Monday-
Tuesday to get the point needed for this offer. No explanation as to
why they did it the way they did, but at least I found out in time to
make the point up.

   Regarding play at 12:02 AM counting on the "prior" day -
Most casinos work on a clock that is NOT Midnight to Midnight for
comps, credits etc. I don't know what the schedule is for Horseshoe
Bossier City ... but to give an example of one place

Harrah's Joliet (Illinois) last time I checked
  Open for gambling 8AM to 6AM
  Reward Credit "day" restarted at 2AM each "day"

I know this is not consistent across the entire brand so you need to
ask someone to get the details for any place you visit and plan to
play in the wee hours.

Thanks for the imput.
I had read a post to this fact a long time past and that is why I
checked up on my play, as to what day it was credited too. Just
couldn't remember where or when?
As mentioned, I did ask a host... no luck there! He couldn't/wouldn't
tell me!

I will be there again Sunday the 21 for two nights and I will try
asking the Total Rewards people.... however, I don't expect to get a
straight answer?

James: I was wondering if you have received this bounce back yet.
My wife had the same offer (I did not get one although I had 5000
more tier credits than she did) but has yet to receive the
bounceback. We earned many more RC points to qualify in December on
her card and have not gotten it yet. We are planning to go this
weekend to the Shoe but are waiting on this. That is why the
question as to whether you have received yours yet. Thanks in
advance for a reply.

Hey David! Yep, we got that BBC check last week. I had been jerked
around by the time change thingy, so had to do another trip to
guarantee I'd get it. Ended up with $25 over. There would have been
more but once I got to a RC level I was sure of, we started to build
Ann's card so she could have Diamond privileges for the next year?
Now what? If they have ruined our favorite play by cutting the pay
tables? Rats!

I will be going over to check things out in a few hours. I'll post
when I get back this evening.
