Off the Strip you are usually going to get better pay tables for vp.One
exception is Casino Royale just south of the Venetion and across from the
Mirage. It's a little "dive", but the pay tables are pretty good. If you join
the Players Club, they give you a coupon book that pay bonuses for stated
four of a kinds, which helps. I would was especially impressed with the
variety of VP games as well as the denomination range. At CR, you get the same
good pay table at 5 cents as you do at $5 and that is a rare occurrence, I'd
rather have less elaborate surroundings with a chance to win.

Hey - was hoping for any advice on the best casino(s) for video poker
in Vegas. I play often at my local socal indian casino but new to
Vegas. I prefer triple double bonus or double double bonus and
normally play at $5 or $2. I played at Palazzo tonight and hit a few
hands but the machines weren't consistently strong and I sorta went
belly up. Hoping to do better tomorrow. I suspect the 'glitzier' Strip
casinos might not be the best VP bet, but appreciate any insights!
Thanks!
