Yes, Hooters has prominent advertisements for their "$200 Free Play" all over the strip. I saw no one win anything with this promo. The expected value is likely near zero, and the median result is certainly zero.
Hooters has some good deals. Full pay JOB, at least a machine or two of NSUD. Decent coupon book ($20 match play for blackjack). But for pulling this deceptive stupid dishonest sleezy "$200 Free Play" scam, the folks who run Hooters have earned our contempt.
