Was in Las Vegas last week. One thing I hadn't seen reported was that Hooters has discontinued cash back. Apparently you generate comps -- I don't know the rate, or if you can use the card directly at the restaurants or have to get a comp slip at the Owl Club. No cash back kills any reason for me to return.
