Harrah's has been mentioned off and on as being the player for this location. The proposed location is Wycoff CC. The kicker is Wycoff CC is seperated from the old Mountain Park, which is now used as a music venue, by narrow strip of land. Also, there are some back room political heavy weights associated with this group. All being said, you're probably right about how long it will take.
My wife and I don't even go to MS/FW anymore. A couple trips to Vegas and 3 or 4 to AC will be it for now.
