The advanced strategy looks at penalty card situations. The 1.9408 value is for no penalty cards but since the position on the chart is the same with penalty cards a shortcut has been taken to not show them separately. It is still confusing and has probably led to an omission in the NSU strategy related to one deuce plus a three card open straight. Making the one card straight draw always has an EV of 5.0 exactly but holding stiff deuce can be either slightly more or slightly less than 5.0 depending on the fifth card. The straight draw is correct over 80% of the time but it is not shown by VPSM.

Question: in VPSM strategy master for (deuces wild) -- holding the
JTs in basic strategy (NO DEUCE) has an EV of 1.8797
JTs in Adv. strategy (NO DEUCE) has an EV of 1.9408
Is this an error in the program or am I missing something here?
