Has anyone else had such an experience?

Yes..
Just yesterday I would hold the cards and it showed so on the screen as I
pushed the button...but another card showed up in one of the cards I knew I
held. It was only a minor loss so I said nothing. It happened a few more times
but I lost little or nothing.
What usually happens to me is I play fast and by the time I realize the hold
did not register I had already redrawed.
