Is the Venetian an innovator or just a follower?
As a resort that typically answers requests with, "No, but we're the
Venetian!" there is a responsibility.
Reward your players with service that meets or exceeds what the
corporate casinos can offer. Otherwise, what is your advantage?
It's not just the year-end gift program that is becoming second
fiddle. The newly revised Club Grazie with deflated cash back appears
at first glance a "new but not so improved" Total Rewards.
We shall see.

I called Venetian last Friday. They told be to expect the items by
