Actually my game of choice is white hot aces or triple bonus plus. I rarely play
deuces. Im not sure why its so hard to believe. In a 30 minute period my wife
and I hit 3 top jackpots on dollar slots for a total of $16k on a visit here
before we actually lived in Vegas. She hit 3 $10k jackpots on nickel video reels
in a 3 month period. I actually think hitting the lottery would be more
unbelievable than hitting a bunch of royals.

Of course hitting a lottery would be more unbelievable - the multi-state lotteries are all in the 100 million to 1 order of magnitude (actual odds even worse than that specific figure) for the jackpot. Royals are in the 40,000 to 1 range.

In fact, the non-VP slot jackpots are probably less common than a royal too.

However, assuming you play 600 hands an hour 25 hours a week, if you bought 600 lottery tickets an hour 25 hours a week, your frequency of hitting the lottery jackpot would be quite a bit higher than the average person's.

Oh, and when I submitted my previous figures on how it is credible to hit so many RFs, I forgot that he was reporting not only for himself, but as I understand it, for his wife included. So double the figures -- do the math -- it might actually be LESS than the expected frequency of RFs with that many hands played!!

Now, unless you do this for a living, I hope you get a LOT of pleasure from it -- for me, it's pretty boring, and although I played that much VP when I first encountered the game, the fascination is not great enough for me anymore to sustain that much play.
