No! it is one in 23-1/2 times (2 in 47). The problem is terminology. 23-1/2
"for" one is the same as 22-1/2 "to" one. If you play craps (I do not!) you
will find some craps layouts using "for" odds on their side bets and some
using "to" odds. For example: The hard six and hard eight bets may be shown
at 9 for 1 or 8 to 1. Either way it means the same 9.09%+ house edge. "In"
when showing odds is the same as "for" on craps layouts.
