3. Hilton Host Suggestion?

here in the database, and the email was returned with a failure to
deliver note. I tried one on the LVH website and after a week have
received no reply. Does anyone have a suggestion and contact
information? Thanks in advance!
I haven't used the Hilton for a few years, but Tommy Brown used to be my host when I did. I did not find him particularly good or bad as a host.
I was able to earn RFB, but never felt like I was getting any special attention.
I do have a friend who had problems at the Hilton with the offer he was given for comp nights. When he arrived, the front desk did not have the offer as promised, but a significantly downgraded offer (fewer comp nights, the rest at casino rate instead of comp). Complaining to his host did NOT get the problem fixed ("I never comp that many nights"!!).
When he later went again, he tried to get an email or letter to confirm what he was promised, based on his previous negative experience. It took him several calls and emails before he actually got an email, promised with each call, to have something "in writing".
