Karen if you are a local I believe the price of the Hilton will be allot less than the Paris. As a local when you sign up for a players card they put a special sticker on your card which when you show your players card at the buffet you and all in your party get 25% off. Also the buffet includes all the beer & wine you want which saves allot if anyone in your party is a drinker. As far as food goes I agree the selection is not that large but on other hand dishes I Always get I am happy with. An example of what I usually get. I start with a plate of oysters on half shell, Shrimp, stuffed crab, & California rolls. Next round hit craving station for either prime rib or Ham then pasta station where they make the pasta any way you like it. Another plus is at the end there is plenty of payable VP steps from the Buffet and one of the best sports books in town in my opinion anyhow. As a local the Hilton has become one of my favorite buffets in town for the money.
