I just returned from a trip to the Hilton. When I went to cash in my cash coupon they did not ask for proof of staying at the casino.

Thanks. Albert is correct that the coupons do not state that they require a
stay. I found it curious as hotel stay is usually embedded in the small
print with offers like this.

I redeemed one in early November and they required proof that I was a
registered guest. They asked to see the little white card with the
room number on it that you show when signing charges to your room.
