Hilton apology letter

Today I received a letter from the LVH, that started out like this: "We
have made a terrible mistake, and of all people to YOU, our most
important Las Vegas guest." Ha!

They go on to say that due to a technical glitch my rewards bonus
points were not received during my trip in September. They caught the
error on September 26th.

They said they have corrected the error, and added an extra $50 to my
account. I know I received hardly cash and comps on my last trip, and I
cleaned out my account as I was a bit unhappy with the cash/comp
situation.

I am once again a happy LVH customer!
