1. It is not cheating or illegal to count in 21. You cannot be arrested.
2. Most of us with cards only take them out when we don't quite
remember something. I've yet to have problems.

I had been lowered from $200 cash and room, to $125 cash and room for
a couple of months, then for July and Aug I went back up to $200 and
room, now for Sep I get room only…??? I wonder what Oct will
bring?
