Does anyone know if all things being equal, for getting better comps
(rooms, food, shows, etc) is it better to play $10 a hand for 10
hours or $5 a hand for 20 hours? The total coin in is the same in
each case, but does higher bet average make the first player likely
to get better comps? Or is coin in all that matters, so each would
receive equal comps? Or does hours played get more consideration?

High roller comp ??....
All Casinos have their own formulas, and some of them do look at hours played as well as coin in, therefore you would be better off playing the $5 for 20 hours. You will also reduce the volatility somewhat.

Everything I've read, as well as looking at host's computers, points
to it doesn't matter. They have the same theoretical win amount if u
play 5 for 10 hours or 50 for 1 hour. The advantage of playing 50
for 1 hour is u have more time for other things. The advantage of 5
for 10 hours is less of a swing in bankroll. So do what's best for
your bankroll and what you can emotionally handle.
