If and when they feel they are loosing business to other casinos only
then would they have a reason to even think about it.
Maybe not. Since the key financial measure in this business seems to
be EBITA, if a casino has lower revenue (players are fleeing to other
casinos), but lowers costs of revenue even further, they are still
successful.
