When I was reviewing the game for WMS, I was told that the prompts from
the game as to whether the cards should be held or redealt were intended
to be 100% right on. I didn't work out the math to verify that claim,
but unless you are very good at figuring this out yourself, I suggest
you follow the prompts. (Presumably if you were that good you would
never have posted this note anyway.)
