Have been on a couple of Harrahs/Allegiant Laughlin flights & they were
assigned seating. However, I made a faux pas on one of the junkets. Since no one
told me that it was assigned seating, I plopped down in the first available
seat. I soon learned it was assigned seating from a screamy old lady. At that
moment, I wished I was on Southwest.

Don't know about Southwest. I saw a news clipping the other
day that even THEY were considering assigned seating. They
will presumably study it to see if it'll affect the bottom line.
