April 1st marked the expiration date for alot of HET card holders. Some of
us were holding our breath wondering if our early in 2005 qualification under a
Diamond in a Day plan would actually keep us Diamond until 4/1/07.
It goes against logic, but so far so good. My online status is still the
same. Any surprises out there?
Also, my offers page reflected some new deals April 1st. All six Vegas
properties had separate lines for a 4/1-8/31 room offer. Ballys-Flamingo-Harrahs
had the same code for four nights. Paris and Rio had different codes for three
nights. Caesars another code for two nights.
It is not apparent if there are blackout dates for the summer or if you can
book more than one Vegas casino. The offer prefix was "RENEWAL" for all six,
so the offer seems to be tied to having Diamond status for the next year.
Anyone check their TR/offers page and find something good? I have not tried
to plug in dates yet to see what room types pop-up. Any suite deals for you?
