I was told by the booking agent for HET a while back that HET would not let him charge for even no shows but that is all changed and they charge full price like bl says.

Yes, it was stated strongly up front to me on my initial phone call what the cancellation policy was. Canceling within 15 days of the flight, you pay for the entire trip, in our case 2 x $278.
With a Doctor's/Hospital' s opinion on "official" stationery that you are not able to travel, the cancellation fee is waived.
