Here some more on VP at HS BC

I guess the Bonus Deluxe hasn't changed either on the 50/100 plays. I
didn't remember the pay table return till I ran the numbers on
WinPoker... so at 99.64 % it is slightly better than Bonus Poker ...
but then the volatility is higher?

You will have run the numbers from what I wrote to double check these
games for playability.

One note, the Spin Poker on deck 2 has had the $1 Jacks reduced to
8/5? Didn't get to check the Spin Poker Deluxe, someone was playing.
I'll bet they dropped it too, on Jacks?

The wall of (15) uprights on the first deck by the men's room has not
been touched ( still no good DW) and has 9/6 Jacks; 8/5 Bonus ; 9/7
D Bonus at $1. ( .25 and .50 no good?) All the slant top on the west
wall of the poker room are short pays on all games.

I did check one 5 Play and one 3 play game in the row just to the
north ( toward the bow ) of this Tournament area and both have 8/5
Bonus at $1 and I think 9/7 DB? There may be a few others but with
people playing short pay nickel VP I could not get to a lot of them.

Hope I didn't double up on this report?

That is all!

I just want to say Thank You to James & Ann. In fact, I think I saw
you doing your good work on Wednesday night and I should have asked
if you were working on this report. I was on the $1 JOB as you come
into the lower level when you started checking out the paytables. In
fact, I started to move my drink (which was sitting on the machine
next to me) and you told me I could just leave it because you were
just looking some things up! Thanks and sorry I didn't say it in
person.
Ray

Yes Yes, I remember! Great, to hear from you! And, Thank You!
I hope I didn't make to many mistakes... what with jotting down all
those numbers and pay tables I do drop a hand or two? Hope it helped
someone?
Well, Ray? Did you win?
This next line is a joke?
( Are you the one that's been winning so much and so often on these
barely playable games that Harrah's just had to shave another .005 %
or so off the return to bolster their bottom line in these tough
financial times?)
Gee, I hope your proud of yourself! Ha!
Just having a little fun! They say it's better to laugh than to cry?
They ( a different "They" ) will certianly make a little more room in
their Casino, 'cause a few player won't be player there no more... or
a lot less, anyhoo!

Thanks for saying "Hi!"

Of course I didn't win. But I don't get there too often. The thing I
want to add that is on subject--on the lower floor of the Bossier
City Horseshoe--is that in that row of $1 JOB, DW, DDB, etc., you
have to be careful now. Some are still a max of 5 coins, and some you
will find yourself playing 10 coins if you aren't careful!

We seldom do either!
Do you mean that the north side ( right side from entrance) has some
with 10 coins mixed in? I know the south side are all changed to
include shorted pay table and Keno, never looked at the coins? But,
that make sense! With the addition of keno on those 5 units, that
means 5 less VP game to play... however, I guess it isn't all bad? I
don't want to play those now anyway! It is too noisy there anyway,
the Monopoly Games are just to loud!

That's what I mean. The bank of $1 that are on the side away from
Monopoly. The first machine, which I was playing a lot because it is
quiet, was that way, with a button for Play 1, etc., and a screen
button that said "Play 5". If you hit Max, you were playing 10. I
didn't try them all but I know one (second from the far end) was max
5.

Ok, Thanks for clearing that up for me!
If I go back to play, I'll be carfull. The only time I'd play 10
coins is if I'm ahead and " Get frisky" to qoute another poster!
Thanks again!
