could someone tell me the payback when the 4 OF A KIND pays 75 rather
than 100 on the full pay version. I have WIN poker but for some reason

When quads pay 75, return is 96.3848 when RF is 4000 and 96.7435 when 4700.

If you're having a problem with winpoker then I would suggest posting
the problem on the winpoker forum. I have no problem changing the pay
table for this game and running "analyze game".
By the way, a reasonable "rule of thumb" is to subtract .8% for each
credit less than 20.

You can find this on the vpFREE pay table page located at
http://members.cox.net/vpfree/CDER.htm or on 5 card's site at
http://videopoker.fws1.com/joker.htm .
This should be simple to do in Winpoker. After you go to games and click on
jokers wild- kings or better, click on options and choose change pay tables.
On the next screen that opens, where it shows a 20 coin payoff for 4 of a
kind, highlight the 20 and type in 15 and hit enter or the OK button. Click
on analyze and then game. On the next screen that opens, choose run
analysis and after a few seconds you should see your new ER and variance
displayed.
