Help Strategy Card ASAP?

Please, can anyone write me a rough draft of a 9/6 Jacks or
Better strategy card. I just bought Bob Dancers book and I need
more info. I will buy the software, however I waited a week for the
book and I am going to a Casino in Palm Springs this morning.
Anything will help.
