Help, please

In June, Charlie and I are flying from Las Vegas to Reno for 2 days to stay
at Peppermill. Our host there, Chris Bak, did not answer my e mail that I
sent to her on May 3. finally I called her and left a message on her tape.
I got a call from Gary Bough saying that Chris was out for a family
emergency. He said how could he help me? I told him I would send him a
copy of the e mail that I had sent Chris immediately. I gave him my Pepp
card number. I sent the e mail. Immediately I got an e mail back saying
that he had taken care of everything, the suite, limo pick up, everything.
I thought that was so nice of him. I told him Charlie and I would stop in
the VIP room to say thank you to him. Naturally I will not go empty handed.
I would like to give him a $50 Macy's gift certificate for being so
courteous to us. Here is what I need to know...

How long has Chris been out? Anybody know?

Anybody know or have used Gary Bough as a host?

Is there a Macy's in Reno?

Gary has been my host since I've been going to the Pepp. He is very
accomodating. When I'm at the Pepp, he will find me and talk for
awhile and ask if there is anything else he can do to make my stay
more enjoyable. I've dealt wit a number of hosts in Reno and Vegas
and Gary rates at the top.

I can't answer your host questions, but yes, there is a Macy's in
Reno. It's at the mall in South Reno off of Virginia (I think it is
called Meadowwood Mall).

I dropped Ann a private e-mail with what I know about Chris's family
emergency which I prefer not to post. It's enough to know she's OK
herself and is taking care of an ill family member. I'm glad to hear
they are covering for her at work, the way it should be.

I'd like to think the gang from the Reno group who hastened to answer all my
questions...there IS indeed a Macy's in Reno, Chris Bak is taking care of a
sick family member, and Gary Bough is a great host.

I knew the great gang from Reno would have this covered! I appreciated all
replies. I will write a trip report when we get home, end of June. Thank
you all once again, especially you, Mark. Annie
