My hubby found this game last night at the new Montego bay in
Wendover. I am not sure I evaluated it right as the payout seems too
good to be true. Its a Game King multi pay duces wild, the only one
like it in the casino. I am listing the single coin and 5 coin options

500-4000
400-1000
50-125
32-80
20-50
8-20
8-20
6-15
4-10
2-5

you can play up to 45 credits on this but I didnt write down the pay
for the full credits...I will next week when we go again. Thanks for
the help!

I assume the first column is the payout for two coins bet. Looks
like this is a fairly common version referred to as NSUD (not so ugly
ducks), paying 99.73% with max EV play. You may want to check:

As AJ said, those look like 99.7% NSUD.

A report on machine inventories from Wendover
(or anywhere) listing the best machines and their
location is appreciated/encouraged.

the first column was for one coin, provided I didnt write it down
wrong, which is possible. Thank you for the link it will be useful. I
am still learning a lot about video poker so any help is much
appreciated.

As far as wendover there are very few full pay machines. most pay out
around 96% The new state line Nugget has put in a huge inventory of
game king VP there are dozens but we have not found full pay yet, and
the 3 play and 5 play seem to pay around 94%. There are so many new
machines that it will take quite a while for us to look at them all.
At Montego bay we have found 2 full pay machines by the elevators and
one upstairs by the skyway to the state line nugget. We havent found
any full pay at the peppermill or the Rainbow, but since they have
started putting in the tito machines there are a lot of new ones
there too. We ride the bus every other saturday night,or did, until
our oldest goes into the navy in Jan. and we loose our babysitter. We
also visit vegas 3 or 4 times a year. Next trip to Vegas is for
Thanksgiving.
