I would second what Chandler stated below, there is really no
comparison between Harrah's East Chicago hotel and Trump's dump.
There is another option, Harrah's Joliet has some good machines if
you play at the high $1 level, particularly multiplay dollar, NSUD,
9/6 JOB high 99+% super double and super aces etc. These games
available on a $1 50 play and I believe 3/5 Play also good versions
of super times pay and double pay. The hotel at Harrah's Joliet is
quite nice, you should be able to get a suite with the 7s card.
As an aside I saw the largest slot hit I have ever witnessed at
Joliet a few weeks ago, $500,000 on a $100 machine

A comp at the Trump Hotel (on site, roughly, of MS/Trump boats)with
MS play
is not too difficult. Don't expect luxurious digs. MS will also
comp an
off site hotel, though I've forgotten which one. I hear Harrah's
EC is
currently converting to a Resorts property. Don't know how far
your 7 Stars
will get you there now, but their rooms and facilities are the best
NW
Indiana option. Horseshoe, now owned by Harrah's, has no hotel,
but if you
are 7 Stars they may set you up somewhere locally. All of these
casinos are
within a few minutes drive of each other. In the best of all
possible
worlds you would be staying in East Chicago and playing at Majestic
Star.
