I'm new to this board and an avid VP player. I play mostly at Sunset
Station and Arizona Charlies. Used to like the bartops at EL Cortez,
but heard they had been recently downgraded JOB to 8/5. Perhaps the
suits have been listening to Bob Dancer giving his VP classes.

Just FYI... I was disappointed to hear that the El Cortez had
downgraded those 9/6 JoB bartops (I really like those machines too -
I'm not very good at anything other than JoB, and the bartops sure
make for good drink service). I contacted Nords Malilay there to let
him know of my disappointment. He talked to the Slot Supervisor on
duty about it on Dec. 23, and the response was that the bartop 9/6 JoB
machines are still there. I haven't witnessed this firsthand, so don't
take it as an absolute truth (I suppose there's some room for
mis-communication by the time 3 people get involved), but I figure
they know what they're talking about.
