A few days ago while playing at the circular bar at the entrance to the Casino of the Wind a fellow sat down a few seats away from me and ordered a draft beer. He was playing VP. When he ordered his third the bartender informed him there is a new policy of two drinks per hour.
I can't imagine how a bartender can keep track on a busy weekend.

That is very funny. So this is in addition to the recent change of serving draft beer in 10 oz glasses, which they started in March. So 2 - 10 oz glasses an hour!
