Hi there - in a nutshell, Harvey's is still there, but under new ownership - it's called Fortune Valley. It's still the only hotel in Central City.
Down in Black Hawk, you can stay at Isle of Capri (newly remodeled) or at The Lodge. There's also a few Bread and Breakfast places.
Comps have tightened up everywhere - and no one place really stands out from my perspective.
