Will only work on one account if u have two people with same email apparently. We are at Laughlin and code kiosks don't work ... No help from TR. no codes at checking or buffet, not sure if there should be. The rules are very confusing

The rules are so confusing that Caesars/Harrah's can't make heads or tails out of them. After three frustrating days ending in a "permanently frozen" account, customer service is now saying over the phone that their computer system crashed three days ago and that they have absolutely no idea when it might return.
