Here's a couple things we've discovered. LOW volumes of base points at
Harrah's (at least in East Chicago) do NOT generte 2 for 1 Bonus points.
iThe longer you play the more the Bonus points grow in proportion to the
base points. For example we received exactly double the base points
yesterday when we played about 500 Base points. (Recived around 1000 bonus
points.) Comp rate is also .3 based on our calculations. However at
around 100 points we had much fewer bonus points. About 1.5.

I was at Harrah's, Atlantic City on Wed. and I found that the base to reward
point ratio did seem to increase the more I played. When I arrived at
Harrah's on Wed, my reward point balance registered 1,000 pts, which was the
1,000 bonus reward pts I received after inserting my card. My earned point
totals for Wed was 1,153 base pts and 5,923 reward pts (not including the
1,000 bonus pts.) After the first hour or two, my reward points seemed to
be accumulating more
slowly at a ratio of about 2 1/2 to 1 whereas by the end of the day the
ratio was a little more than 5 to 1.
