Downtown is very good for comps for low level play and one bus service 24' a day from the airport but almost all the locals casinos have good bus access as well, allowing you to play there to get comped nights, meals, etc, as well.. In addition some there there own extensive shuttle system (Sam's Town)and some shuttle services (Coast Casinos, Stations,Rio,Hard Rock) to supplement the excellent CAT system. But the best is always to look first at paytables available for your level of play. Here's the reason.
Play 800hand/hr of FPDW quarter level. Allowing for errors assume you play at 100.5% and play 4 hours per day for 3 days. Expected profit = .5 X 12 X 800 X 1.25 = $ 60 + slot club
Play the same with JOB, allowing for errors assume 99.3 % , same speed, same hours
Expected loss = (-.7) X 12 X 800 X 1.25 = $ -84 + slot club , thus you have a swing of about $144
Take this in to account when looking in to room rates, promo values, etc. If you play with less errors,
you win more at FPDW and lose less at JOB but the idea is the same.
