All this Harrahs talk encouraged me to write.
I'm a diamond member and still feel I am treated fairly at Harrahs. A few years back I decided to try The Luxor. I stayed 4 days and played my normal amount of time and money. I only got 1 night comped and have not received any offers of free nights since. Only reduced nights.
At Harrahs I start with free rooms and end up with all meals comped and usually take some freinds to dinner also.
As for the Border I go to Ceasers Windsor at least once a month and the only delay has been the amount of cars going through. Customs on both sides are polite and prompt
I'm sorry anyone has had bad experiences but I believe they are the minority.
