Stock price is not always based on the company's profitability.
I was just showing a very simple example that Harrah's E. Chicago is
probably making less profit off it's VP games than their neighbors even
though the profit margin is higher. (Sort of the we make it up in volume
reasoning.) The fact that Harrah's E. Chicago just recently put in the
eight 25c games with 9-5 TP+, NSUD, 9-6 jacks etc. just might be an
indication that they may have noticed those empty machines.

doubled your money and far outperformed the NASD, DOW or S&P. I
sense they know how to run their business pretty well and their CFO
is probably a smart person. Their strategy is driven by a very good
marketing dept and it work well enough so that they are exanding.
Does not mean sophisticated grumblers -- I mean gamblers-- will
