Have to put my 2 cents worth in. Probably everything that has been said about Harrahs is true, the good and the bad. We have won a lot of money at Harrahs locations but we have also lost a lot. Their VP is not the best in the world but what makes them stand out is their customer service and their locations. They are everywhere. We have stayed at Harrahs all over the United States. Even comped at the Hilton in New Orleans. Usually when we decide where we are going on vacation, we look to see if there is a Harrah's anywhere near because we know we will get free lodging. So, no doubt we could pay for all those nice rooms and meals with the money we have lost there but probably we wouldn't. Just another observation. I certainly am not promoting Harrah's good video poker because its just not there. In North Carolina, its the only casino in the state so guess where we play at.
