Harrah's "Winterfest" in Vegas

I've gotten an invite from Harrahs to the "Winterfest" VP tourneys in Vegas.
I'd like to take advantage of the free room nights & tourney entry. But I
understand that there's no decent VP at Harrahs LV.

I've done $40K coin-in at Harrahs properties this year, including $20K in
one day in Reno to get my Diamond status. Since Harrahs Reno keeps offering
me free room & food & cash, I expect to make several more visits there this
year & reach the $100K coin-in to extend my Diamond level through 2006.

So I'm wondering... if I go to Winterfest in Vegas & stiff them on VP
play... but I've given good play in Reno... will the stiffing in Vegas have
a bad effect on future offers? I'm thinking that maybe if I keep up my
Diamond status through play in Reno, I can get away with taking advantage of
the Winterfest in Vegas for "free" without negative effects.

If anyone familiar with the Harrahs system can give me a hint, I'd
appreciate.

I always stiff the RIO and Harrahs LV and it hasn't affected my offers from elsewhere. And last time I told the people at the RIO slot club why. The lady told me they had several complaints about the Video Poker. (She thought it was bad too.)

Ditto here. I have been staying at the Rio for at least 3 nights a
year for many years... with NO play whatsoever. The offers keep
rolling in. I give the bulk of my play to Harrah's Laughlin 3-5x a
year (3-4 nights trips) and minimal play to Harrah's Joliet. I've
burned each of them on occassion as well. Still, the offers come.
