This is a worse deal than what has been done in the Chicago Area Harrah's.
It has been $25 for 3500 RC at East Chicago. They have had slightly worse
versions at $70 for 10500 at Joliet. These were in the form of a Visa debit
card which is good anyplace that takes Visa. In comps 300 RC = $3 comps.
The second Visa card deal above works out to 300 RC = $2 in Visa credit
(which is basically cash equivalent). The deal below 300 RC = $1.50 cash.
