Please, simply add this to the list of Harrahs "I don't really give a
damn about customers."
Why people STILL play at their casinos is a complete mystery to me.
So many other casions offer far service and comps, not to mention
playable video poker schedules.
I have to agree with these sentiments. Mrs. Flusher and I just
returned from an 8 day trip. I know damn well I had over $50 comp
dollars at Caesars in December. You think they could find them? For
one thing my birthday was wrong in the computer and this caused us to
make four return trips to the Harrass Total Disaster booth.
In the end I got credited for $27. Mrs. Flusher and I added about $5
to our accounts which we won't get to use.
As far as the cashback which was also around $50 last Dec - we were
told 'its in the mail'. Huh? Yeah right.
Oh by the way - Mrs. Flusher can't get anything from her points until
they are over $10.
Oh by the way - the comp points expire in six months. Fat lot of good
that does me up here in Ontario. Casino Windsor is about 7 hours away,
the nearest Harrass place.
So we can kiss about $60 goodbye unless we get back to a Harrah's
property in the next six months.
I fricking hate them.
I know I am a small player compared to the rest of the folks on this
list, but all I ask is 'a good gamble and a good feed'.
They've stripped Cafe Lago and ruined the buffet there - no salad??? -
and the Augustus Cafe was a disaster. We spoke to the manager about
our food and it was taken off the bill.
Okay, I'm done venting.
The upshot is, we will not be staying or playing on the strip next
trip. Probably stay downtown and more play at locals places.
Anyone know what kind of play it takes to get comps for quarter
players at the Four Queens?
