You may be right. I've booked back to back without promotions and back to back Harrahs with one promotion. I'm not sure if I have ever done back to back promotions at Harrahs.
I have booked consecutive promotions at different properties several times with MGM.
Apparently, you and I were told different stories.
When I booked two free hotel stays at two HET properties consecutively, I
was told that I could not have done so, had there been some kind
of promotion attached to them.
