If I were Coasts/Boyd I wouldn't sell the Barbary Coast. It is the good
feeding place to send players over to Orleans and GC (and even Suncoast and soon
SouthCoast). This is their strip property, and by having it they are able to
provide access to and from the strip, making the non-strip properties
"strip-friendly" and feeding in people to the other properties.
Actually, if I were them, I would expand the bus service to feed people
between Stardust, Coasts, and Sam's Town.
