I recently heard that Harrah's is trying to buy out
all Caesars properties. Does anyone know if there is
any truth to this? I actually hope so since we have a
Caesars riverboat close by and I believe that Harrahs
has better player incentives. In fact, my friend
Russell recently won a VP tournament at Harrah's in
Lake Tahoe for a sweet prize of 10,000 dollars and is
now on his way to Atlantic City where the top prize is
one million bucks!
I think you have much to learn. Harrah's may throw out some
wonderful mailers to their suckers, oops I mean players, but you are
paying dearly for those mailers. Horrid rules on table games and
lower payout schedules on VP is what the changeover has meant to any
Vegas property taken over by the evil empir---oops again, I mean
Harrah's. One thing though, expect an increase in slots, a decrease
in tables, an increase in your losses and yes more mail inticing you
to come back and further increase your losses. You are better off
just mailing them a check everytime you get a mailer.
As someone on said to me on this group, "tell us what you really
think about Harrah's"
