Harrah's Slot Finder

Article in today's LV Business Press telling
about online search engine allowing
players to locate machines at Harrahs
by going to Harrahs.com.

IGT is a step behind.

It depends on what the meaning of "locate" is.

Harrah's has redesigned its website recently, is in the process of
interating information on all of its four casinos in Atlantic City
(Harrah's, Showboat, Bally's, and Caesar's); the growing pains show
sometimes.

The SlotFinder feature works to the extent of listing the availability
of the particular machine you are looking for. For example, if you are
asking about 5¢ MultiStrike Poker at Showboat, it verifies that it is
indeed available. It does not say where in the maze of that casino this
game is physically situated.

A good start, that could use the next step.

Just for the heck of it, I asked for any $25 Video Poker machines at
Caesar's'; a level I don't even dream of. Yes, there are Game King
machines there offering this level.

I hope Harry gets that bankroll together, holds the ten spot, and draws
a Royal! You too, MissCraps!

Wow, that's a 100K - just realized it! Anybody know anybody who has a
friend whohit that?

Oops, in my hurry to post a response to the query, I made a mistake.

I've short-changed Harry.

Caesar's has a Multi-Denomination Game King machine, with $1, $2, $5,
$10, $25, $100 levels!

Now we are talking real money. Something you can retire with, after
hitting the Royal; paying taxes on the $20 million being just a minor
formality.

One can retire on 10+ million, right?
