Has anyone participated in the "Rollin' to Win" drawings at Harrah's?
I'm wondering how vp players earn tickets. Back when we just needed
to hit one quad to get a drawing ticket (which happens more frequently
on multi-plays), I spent more time filling out drawing tickets than I
did playing. I seem to remember the last "earn drawing tickets" promo
at H-L had more restrictive rules. Any info would be appreciated.Drew

Hey Drew, planning a trip to H-L are ya'?
A few of these National promos ago H-L went to the $50 a hit requirement to
earn drawing tickets below the quarter VP level. So if you are playing the
Fifty-plays it takes more than that 125 coin nickel quad to get a ticket. I have
not read the rules/prizes for this one, except what is on the Entertainer
website.
I guess this is a good thing raising the requirements. I have not figured
out where I would draw the line to optimize getting drawing tickets versus
bankroll. Twentythree hands played on nickels and a dealt fullhouse gets you to
$51.25. A dealt flush at at 34 hands playing nickels is $51. A dealt straight
$50 at 50 line max.
Then you could play max dimes at $25 a pull and worry about a dealt quad and
a W-2G, but get more drawing tickets.
The trouble or value to this low roller is the daily drawing's value is
mainly tied-up in the comped room offer for the Big Bang Finale National drawing.
Anyone with a Diamond card will have an invite anyway with any play during the
first half of the promo period. This is what I found during my Diamond Daze.
