Harrahs Rincon San Diego

Hi. In December, I'm going on a cruise that leaves out of the San Diego
Bay (near the Holiday Inn at 1355 N Harbor Drive). I've never been to
the Harrahs in San Diego (Rincon Casino), and would enjoy staying and
playing there the night before the cruise leaves.

I understand that the casino is about an hour drive away from the Bay,
and we won't have a car. Does anyone have any info about transportation
to the casino from the San Diego airport, or from points by the Bay?
Does Rincon offer any shuttle service?

I'm a Diamond, and believe I could get a comped room at Harrahs, so
would like to try out the Rincon Casino if the transportation isn't too
complicated/expensive. Thanks for any info.

There is shuttle service from the Old Town Transit Center. Simply take the Blue Line Trolley from the Santa Fe Depot Station (2 blocks from your hotel) to Old Town. From Old Town Harrah's operates large tour buses to their casinos. Their web site should have the schedules.

Take the Blue Line Trolley from the Santa Fe Depot Station (2 blocks from your hotel) to the Old Town Transit Center and from there the Harrah's Bus picks up. See there web site for pick up/drop off time or the Southern Ca Gaming guide newspaper
