Harrah's Reward Credits

Hi,

I just noticed that my Reward Credits dropped by 5,000 credits on 8-27-2012 for no apparent reason. Same thing happened on same date to GF's account.

I e*mailed Caesar's corporate, but no response. Did this happen to anyone else?

Have you written them and asked why the drop? They usually respond to questions from their web site in 2 business days or
less.

You're not the same person that had their balance increased a week or so ago, are you?

Still no answer from Harrah's.

I am not the same person who had an increase in Reward Credits balance.
