If there is no activity in your account for six months
they expire. Any activity extends them, for six
months from the last transaction.

Just get the Total Rewards Visa card from Bank of America and make an
occasional small charge. It will extend your credits the six months. I
did this all last year (i.e. did not play at any Harrahs casino from
May 2006 until Feb. 2007) and using the credit card worked.
