Harrahs RCvs Pts.

It appears to me that Harrah's is trying to make it impossible to figure out what is going on. This is similar to sneaky paytables.
I do not play enough to be able to confirm what happens. Also, as you indicate, this may be different for each of the 26 casinos Harrah's runs!

Howard. In East Chicago the longer you play the greater the percent of
Bonus credits you will receive. For example if you play 1000 you will get
about 2 times in Bonus (2000) which will give you a total of 3000 comp
credits ($30). The good news is that ROOM comps are now not supposed to
come off comp dollars. In the past if you played 1000 reward credits you
earned $100 in comps BUT if you stayed there they took $59 away for a
midweek room and $90 for a weekend room. SO in one sense you cna actually
do better now since room comps are not supposed to count against you.

HOWEVER all bets are off with Joliet. Bonus credits there accumulate at
1/4th or 1/5th of base credits. BAD BAD BAD. We are cancelling our
reservations there also because we did have credits taken away on our last
visit. They claim that they add 5900 to your account and then take them
away. It did happen to me but it also appears that they did it twice. I am
current arguing with them.

Cash back for Joliet is much lower than East Chicago. And cash back does
not necessarily follow the same percentage for higher play as lower play.

This is their new "More" plan. The first number is your tier score (3000
per calendar year = platinum, 10000 = diamond)
The second number is your "bonus reward credits" which is the new version
of comps. You probably were given some kind of a bonus up front.
The new comp system is MUCH worse for the players. This might vary from
Harrah's to Harrah's as I am from the Chicago Area. The cashback in Nevada
and bounceback everywhere else used to be 20 reward credits = $1. I have
been told this has been tightened in my area. How about LV? The "comp"
portion (meals, rooms, etc.) used to also be $1 per 20 reward credits. In
my area play earns 1.5 times the bonus reward credits as regular reward
credits but it now takes 100 of these to equal $1 in comps or a comp rate
of only 30% of the old comp rate. Has VP improved at Harrah's and Rio

since

I was last in LV about two years ago. The best 25c game was 16-11 double
deuces (Harrah's had a slow progressive, Rio did not.). This game is
99.621%. Note if that second number is right you have $274 in your "comp"
account.

Absolutely correct. That is Harrah's motto. Confuse and conquer. Joliet
is 1/5th a point for bonus RC. EC is about2 for 1 and RIO was about 5 for
1

My motto with Harrah's (at least EC and Joliet) is take what they give me.
Don't play. Wait until they send more stuff, etc. Take it. When it stops
or slows then play a few decent days. And the cycle starts again. That is
unless there is a decent play or something I want. This year we played to
earn our diamond cards because of the decent room offers.
